A new Commercial airline known as BINANI AIR starts operations in Nigeria with initial flights to Anambra, Lagos, Kano, Maiduguri, and Port Harcourt.
Binani Air, received its Air Operating Certificate (AOC) in July 2024.
The Airline is Alleged to be owned by Senator Aishatu Binani.
The Binani Air is the first airline in Nigeria to be owned by a woman.
Binani Air is also the first Nigerian Airline to have a female CEO: in the person of Aminatu Dahiru Chiroma. .
